  Refund & Return Policy

  At Ankai Studios, we release products in limited quantities and many pieces are produced to order. Because of this, we keep a strict but fair return policy, outlined below.

  By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  Return Eligibility

  Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are considered final.

  However, we understand that issues can happen. If you receive a defective item or the wrong item due to our error, we’re here to help.

  You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request assistance.

  Requests submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

  Defective or Incorrect Items

  If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email:

  support@ankaistudios.com

  Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

  Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A refund to your original payment method

  Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  What Is Not Eligible for Return

  We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Dissatisfaction with fit, material, or style
  • Delayed shipping
  • Failure to review product descriptions or size guides

  Sale items, discounted items, and promotional purchases are final sale and not eligible for return.

  Return Conditions (If Approved)

  If your return is approved:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Tags must remain attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Items must be in resale condition

  Any item showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, or alteration may be rejected.

  Return Shipping Costs

  Return shipping costs are not covered by Ankai Studios.

  Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

  We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

  Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  Refund Processing

  Once your approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days
  • Banks may take additional time to reflect the refund

  You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

  Policy Abuse

  We reserve the right to decline returns or restrict future purchases in cases of policy abuse, excessive disputes, or chargebacks.

• Shipping policy

  Shipping Information

  By placing an order with Ankai Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

  Due to the limited, made-to-order, and high-demand nature of Ankai Studios releases, shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  Order Processing & Dispatch

  All orders require processing prior to shipment.
  Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and dispatch.

  Processing time begins after payment has been successfully completed and does not include weekends or holidays.

  Order processing times may be extended at our sole discretion during periods of high demand, limited releases, or operational delays.

  Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  Estimated Delivery Time

  Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination, carrier, and service level selected.

  Delivery times are estimates only. Ankai Studios does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.

  High-Demand & Limited Release Periods

  During major drops, promotional periods, or holidays, processing and dispatch times may be significantly extended.

  In such cases, customers acknowledge and agree that processing and shipping may take an additional 3–5 weeks or longer depending on order volume and production capacity.

  Delays during these periods do not constitute grounds for order cancellation, chargebacks, or refunds.

  Carrier Responsibility & Risk Transfer

  Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

  Ankai Studios is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or misplaced packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Incorrect delivery by the carrier
  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  Any issues occurring after dispatch must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

  Address Accuracy

  Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  Ankai Studios is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package will require payment of a reshipping fee before being shipped again. We will contact the customer once the package has been returned. If we do not receive a response within 14 days of our notification, the order will be considered abandoned. No refund or reshipment will be provided after this period.

  Customs, Duties & International Orders

  For international shipments, the customer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for complying with all import laws and regulations in their destination country.

  Import duties, VAT, GST, customs duties, brokerage fees, tariffs, and any other taxes or government-imposed charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

  These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier or customs authority before or upon delivery.

  If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, duties, taxes, or import fees, Ankai Studios is not obligated to issue a refund for the order, original shipping charges, return shipping costs, or any fees incurred as a result of the refusal or return.

  Shipping Disputes & Chargebacks

  Initiating a chargeback for shipping delays, carrier issues, or processing time estimates constitutes a violation of these terms.

  Ankai Studios reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with supporting evidence including order confirmations, tracking data, and carrier handoff records.

  Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by location.
